Game Launcher – Terms and conditions

Telenor’s Velocity Game Launcher Program is operated by Telenor Pakistan. In order to enter this Program the participating developer, (“Developer”) and its employees / team members (“Team Members”) must read and agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Team Members agree that a Developer participating in the contest constitutes agreement to these Terms on behalf of all Team Members. Developers will provide all Team Members with a copy of these Terms before participating.
Participation Eligibility:

1.1. To participate in the Programme and to be eligible for entry, the following conditions must be fulfilled during the duration of this Programme:
The Developer will sign an MOU with Telenor Pakistan as a mandatory condition to enter into the Programme.
Developers must be registered on the Programme website
Developers must provide a valid Google Publisher ID from Pakistan
Developers must have at least 1 game published on Google Play with a considerable amount of mobile installations
Developers must be willing to develop and launch a new gaming app, which has not yet been published on Google Play any time before June 12th,2019
Developers must register at least 3 members on a team, with at least 2 of them being Pakistani Citizens
1.2. Team Members must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID card.
1.3. Team Members must not be employees, officers, or directors of Telenor Velocity’s, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies
1.4. Team Members may be required to travel overseas to participate in the final round of this contest. Developers are responsible for ensuring that their Team Members hold valid passports and any necessary visas or other necessary travel documentation for the trip. Unless otherwise stated, all accommodation, airfares, insurance, entertainment, travel to/from airports etc. and all other expenses are sole responsibility of the Developer and Telenor Pakistan shall not be liable to compensate for the same.
1.5. Developers shall ensure that the Team Members comply with all laws, regulations and their fiduciary obligations applicable to their entry into this Program, including but not limited to anti-bribery laws and online game regulations.
1.6. All determinations of eligibility will be made at Telenor Velocity’s sole and absolute discretion. Telenor Velocity reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any related dispute at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.
1.7. Top selected teams shall share the ownership rights of the app with Telenor Pakistan. Telenor Pakistan shall be the co-owner of the App with 10% share in the Intellectual Property rights of the App. The same shall be registered with the IP office of Pakistan.
1.8. If the Developer wishes to sell the App to any party, Telenor Pakistan shall have the first right to buy and first right of refusal, once Telenor refuses to buy the App, the Developer is free to sell the App to any other interested party. The Developer shall pay 10% of the share to Telenor upon selling the App.
